I'm flying to Finland on monday. Part of me is deliriously happy, part of me is bricking it. I have been feeling rather crap lately, and booked an appointment to a private gyno to get my ladyparts checked, while I'm on my holiday, as this doctor is one I can actually trust.... Just took in forms to swap healthcentres too. The GP I have been registered to has been just a bundle of disappointments and frustration. I just hope that it's not too late. Having problems that GP will ignore is just feeding into my anxiety.
I'm stressed and slightly depressed, and just want to get the check up done.
There will be more pictures soon, start of holidays and a little tattoo I got done today, finally got to use my birthday present money.
Just not feeling it right now, hopefully feeling more positive soon.

Passion for rags....
Right, this still isn't a fashion blog. I'm not into fashion, nor do I follow it. I buy shit that I like the look of, if I can afford it. You won't catch me paying 200 quid for a fucking t-shirt though....
My passion is clothes. They are a form of self expression, and using colours and patterns to reflect and lift my mood. I love the slightly camp and the tacky, hawaiian and tropical prints are always go, leopard never fades either!
I trawl through second hand markets, charity shops and boot sales and buy pretty things. Optimally my home would have lots of storage space, and a room for crafts. At the moment it has neither of them, so it looks horrendous.
This time, I have a pile of pics of bargain finds, and also my sewing frenzy I had last week....
Here we go....
Some skirts a whipped up for le child from scraps.
Two of the same skirt, the other one got a new home in another girls wardrobe.
My fashionable assistant
I bought some tropical fabric and made it into a dress for warm weather..
This was originally a full dress, and fucking tiny, so I bought it (2€), cut it up ....
and added a stretchy panel to accommodate my ass.
Primark find, rarely I pay full price, but this just couldn't be passed....
My anti-depressant bag... Charity find £3
Pretty summer frock with embroidery and sequins £1..
Lovely duvet cover, I think it would make a nice skirt or trousers if I don't use it as bedding....
Got a pencil skirt, was too tight for my buttocks, so made little sidepanels from another skirt...
T-shirt that was small enough to fit my kid, butchered and added another tee to bring length...
Same with this one, pink fabric was bought years ago, never got around making it into anything...
Cute details... :)
That's it for now. More to come soon...

politricks....
Here we go again.... Time for election/voting season for European shit, and council shit.
Also time for the fanatics threaten to unfriend all the "racists" on facelook who dare to have a different opinion from theirs.....
Give me a fucking break. Since when has there been an actual difference between politicians? Not talking what fucking cockmunchers party they belong to, the main ones tend to be:
1 We like cockmunching, but like to keep our money, and get rich-er.
2 We like cockmunching but use other peoples money
3We like cockmunching as long as it's environmentally sustainable
4 We like cockmunching as long as the cock fits into a stereotype we like.
So there. The main issue I have, is that they are all still cockmunchers, who have their hands so deep in each others pockets, that they can scratch each others arses when needed..
You honestly think the cockmuncher who "fights for working man" gives a rats arse about you or your shitty low income. They don't. None of them. That is the reality of politricks. So it is really not worth to start having rabid speech about someone being wrong for voting a party you don't happen to like.
Funnily enough, the ones who preach and foam the most about tolerance, tend to be to most intolerant on the idea that people are entitled to their opinions, even when they don't agree on yours.....
Opinions and arseholes have a common nominator. Everybody has one.....
okthxbye.

Picture heavy post
As there hasn't been anything interesting going on here, I'll just put heaps of pictures on. I have done some decent finds from charity/bootsales, so will include them too. Was supposed to go to a bootsale this morning but being shite weather with heavy showers, don't think it would've been very busy.
Crafting
Watching Oz while crafting....
Bought me a new hairband from Tiger
You had me at Hell :D (yes, supposed to be hello, but just how it reads for the first time...)
Earth girls are easy!
Ren and Stimpy classics.....
Flower power...
My dog found a mummified tennisball from neighbours unkempt flowerbench. Thankfully she didn't find the mummified seagull.......
More flower power
Sttttttiiiiiiiiiccccckkkkkk!!!!
Nice blossoming tree
Yamuna shower gel. Smells divine. Can't stop sniffing it..... Bought a yamuna hibiscus soap from the international street market last summer in Turku, it's Hungarian organic beauty stuff, and the smell has me hooked...
More flowers
Life is so much better when you rub yourself into a pile of branches..
Dress my age and all that..... Bootsale find £1
That bitch took my pile of branches!
Yup yup
Bumble bee I saved from being trampled over. Lifted the poor thing off the ground, still a bit chilly for them...
Garden blossoming
Excavations.....
Went to see Frozen the other week on the cheapo kids cinema showing, and my lil'un hasn't been quiet since. I lost count the times I've endured some form of "Let it go", be it singing, yodeling, humming or screeching....It was good though! Finally slightly different ending, and the prince turned out to be a twat too.... :D
That's it for now, toodlepup!
