End of the holidays...

Back in the UK. 9 days until lil 'un goes back to school.  That was a lovely holiday though, should keep us going for a bit here..... Now for the pictures.... A fuckton of them.....

Still here...

Still on my holibobs, really enjoying ourselves. I got poorly when we were supposed to do last minute shopping and get ready, urgh. So half of the stuff I planned to take with us, is still in ABZ.
First week was a bit cooler with the temperatures, but now for the last week we have been getting 20 and above, so it is now proper summer....
Had my check up, things are ok, and it was a great stress relief too.
The flights were both pleasant, and the views were stunning! As we approached Copenhagen, we saw lots of little bonfires scattered about, as the night we travelled is also the night when Sweden and Denmark celebrate the midsummer solstice with bonfires. Finland does the same a few days earlier.

Summer Solstice

Happy mid summer, or summer solstice. In Finnish it's Juhannus. A week, and I'll get to enjoy the food, the sauna, sweets and the mighty ryebread I so badly miss.
Bought a box of Kalms today. Herbal remedy for stress. Did I mention I hate flying.
I do have a prescription for tranquilisers, but don't really fancy taking chances of having a shit in my pants on a flight.
So will see if the Kalms helps me to keep...well.. calm.

Now gonna go and sit on the sofa, open some alcoholic ginger beer, and relax.
Another bloody lurgy struck, so taking things easy. Been doing stencils and fabric paints today, so will try to put up pics at some point.

But toodle-loo for now, and Hyvää Juhannusta!!!!
