So never mind parents teaching their children anything, just make the schools do that too.
I've written about it before, but hey, let's stir up some shit again.......
Boys will not turn into rampant homosexuals if they play with dolls or other "girly" games when they are small. It might accidentally teach them empathy skills..... Same goes for wearing "girly" colours.... My kiddo was allowed to play with toys she found interesting. That includes the usual My Little Pony, Barbie and dolls, but also includes, cars, tools, science kits etc.....
I just wanna go hide in some fuckin cave, because I'm fed up with dumbass people.
Boys will be assholes if they are taught to be such things. Boys will be boys and other bullshit that has let them off easier with shit for decades. Well Imma start a new fad, girls will be girls.
Don't let them have smartphones and internet on their own, until you have told them about the birds and bees and what is a normal relationship. Teach them respect towards others, and make sure that they get the support they need, and the boundaries they need..... You know, that thing called being a fucking parent....
I despair.....

Mammals.....
I know this will be a piss in someones breakfast, but here we go.....
Now that I'm having a lot of folk popping sprog around me, I find myself struggling with the mandatory congratulation rounds, baby showers etc. Congratulations on being a fucking mammal, congratulations on fornication leading to fertilisation?.....I was relatively young when I had mine, not a teenager by any chance, but still one of the first ones in my group of friends to procreate. I never got supported that much, I never had baby showers, my good friend at the time told me what a fucking mistake that'll be... Yet my kid is doing fine, and things go on with their own flow. I'm weird, but I just don't really get the whole whoohaa around it. It's biology.... The only situation where I could say oh what a surprise, and wow well done, is if you have truly struggled to start a family, and had rounds of IVF etc, then, it would be a bit of a miracle.
Same goes for overdoing everything, I breastfed mine until 12 months, but it doesn't put me above people who bottlefed. The battle and demonisation of women and telling them being bad mothers for whatever happens to be trendy at the moment, is just plain dumb. Breastfeed if you can, just don't over-do it, kids grow teeth for a fucking reason, and the milk does change, so there is no nutritional need after 12 months anyway.....I find it creepy having women telling how they have a 5 year old sucking their titties. You might wanna check your dependant personality there, love....
There are many reasons why I stay the fuck away from "mommy" groups, as I would end up punching someone, and I don't like kids anyway.
I don't like people.
Hah.
The other thing that ticks me off, that this day and age, why are women still expected to want a family. Not everyone likes kids. Not everyone wants to have them. Still women who CHOOSE not to have kids are frowned upon, or thought there is something wrong with them..... Biggest pile of bollocks I say.
I can't help it, but having someone in my family with very old school views on women, and how they should be, I sometimes need to contain myself from not going apeshit everytime I hear the hypocritical shit....Bitch, please.
Enough of the foaming in the mouth.

A little word....
I have not been paid to advertise, nor received free items for this.....
Perfumes. If you live in the UK, there isn't a shortage on perfume shops. But, I find them a bit poop when it comes to actual stock, they all have the same stuff. All quite expensive too.....
I was looking for Snooki perfume, as it was affordable and read reviews about it, so thought I'll give it a go, but my main problem was, it was very hard to find!
I found this little company http://www.perfumechoice.com/ that stocked it, with a very good pricetag too!
Have been a very pleased customer since, as not only do they sell stuff that 's hard to find, but they will also track down perfumes that might not be listed, so you can try ordering them. This has happened now with the newer Snooki perfume I wanted to try out.
I can warmly recommend them, I've had no problems at all, and customer service is very helpful too!
Don't worry, no more corporate prostitution... :) Just thought they deserved a little shout out.
Back soon with more randomness and crafts.

'tis the season, over, thank f***
It's over, thank f***. For some reason , I started with a very excited mood towards xmas, getting house all nice etc, but slowly with time, my season mood just died. I have no idea why. Felt like the fucking Grinch over the holidays, so now it's done. Hope this year is nicer. It was lovely to have my ma around tho, but as family shit always has people disliking each other, there was tension. Maybe that's the stuff that killed my xmas.
It wasn't all doom and gloom, I got to Ikea, and Deep Sea World, which was nice. The drive wasn't, we had bad weather both ways and we saw a bad accident due to weather conditions, so needless to say when we got home, I had a long sigh for making it in one piece.
I've had craft mojo on the low too, so need to get back on my tracks and get shit done. Got a phone for xmas, (surprise....) so made a bling cover for it.
That's about it. Hope year 2014 has good things in store, and has had a good kickstart!
Anyone wondering who the manny on the phone is, watch The Onedin Line. That is one handsome man called Jack Onedin from the show...
Ta ta for now...
P.S Oh the ceiling bubble... That was my upstairs neighbours radioator pipe leaking.... You know, just so the fun doesn't end.... Hahahahah..
